I would be interested in talking with realtors who work primarily with investors, wholesalers and or anyone who offers "turn-key" type products in this market.

This is why the law protects the rights of Voucher holders.It is hard for someone who has a voucher and they only have so much time to secure a lease before it is revoked.It's a very unsettling experience for someone who knows if they don't use the voucher they could end up homeless.I am sure that is her biggest fear.Between her and your dad communication was off key there.

Approved for a turn key multi family FHA loan, I start going through all the blog and forum posts and I'm like Doug the dog in the movie "Up".  

The key is to get the bank on board and have a plan on how and where you will use these funds.  

Surrounding your self with like mind individuals, is the key to success.

I am strongly considering starting my career as a mortgage consultant to learn applicable skills that will teach me about that part of the real estate investing industry while building relationships with many key players that will help with my business.

Hard work, good education in real estate and the ability to make offers daily is the key that you need to be the successful investor you want to be!
