Looking for a realtor/wholesaler in the Columbus OH

Hi Folks,

I recently relocated from NY to Columbus,OH and would like to make some contacts that can help me learn the neighborhoods in and around Columbus that work well for investors looking to build a buy and hold portfolio. I only have a small bit of landlording experience (as my last location was fairly cost prohibitive) but have a fair amount of cash, zero debt, and excellent credit. I would be interested in talking with realtors who work primarily with investors, wholesalers and or anyone who offers "turn-key" type products in this market. As I said above, I feel my first step is to identify some neighborhoods that could work, beyond that I am open to both single and smaller multi family.

Thanks.

Rich
