Hey everyone, I am new to bigger pockets and the investing profession. Im a young aspiring Real estate investor looking to get into my first buy and hold rental soon and really just grow my career through persistence and hard work so I can enjoy passivity and get out of the rat race. I'm interested in small multi-family and also ways to finance those deals with low and no money down(Just bought the book). I would love to hear advice and success stories from anyone in the surrounding area, or anyone in general. I think bigger pockets is awesome for connecting like-minded individuals.
