Hello BiggerPockets. My name is Joshua Womack. I am a realtor and flipper in Maryland. I am trying to break into the land-lording market but can't find a good area. Maryland is too expensive for me in terms of buying and holding. If anyone has a good lender that they use for buying and holding I would appreciate any help and or advice to help me get my first units under my belt. Thank you in advance and thank you for welcoming me to this great source for real estate.
