We did very small-budget bathroom & kitchen renovations a few years ago, but most of the other big-ticket costs we've put into the home over the past 6 years have been maintenance:- New HVAC system in 2015 ($10k)- lots of dangerous trees removed from property ($15k)- skylight/roof repairs ($2.5k)
