Transitioning to Apartment Complexes
Hi I own a few duplexes and am ready to get into small apartment complexes. Any advice? What are some of the key differences I’m going to experience?

There are more economies of scale. Bigger deals are much easier all the way around. The key is educating yourself on the markets and types and class of properties you're interested in as metrics and KPIs change across markets and types and class of assets.
