Had two guys move into a place at 1 a.m. today.  Drove by this morning and saw a truck with a 24 foot enclosed trailer and another truck towing a boat.  They called me and wanted to know if they could use the detached garage at the house.  I went there an unlocked it.  He said he had 14 falcons and hawks in his trailer and needs a place to keep them.  He is doing bird (pigeon/starling) abatement at a refinery.  He puts green lasers on the birds legs and lets them fly around the plant.  The birds eat what they catch.  The pigeons and starlings associate the green lasers with danger.  After he has done this for a few weeks, he sets up several laser guns that are programed to emit a laser to the tops of all the steel structures.  The nuisance birds see the green lasers everywhere and are discouraged from entering the air space of the refinery.
