We scan Leases and put them in Google Drive, which is convenient for managers.I personally have used a digital copy of a lease in an eviction court case, presented to the judge on an android-based phone.

I'm a novice and I'm not familiar with your location so take my comments as such, I'm leaning towards plan A with the caveat of what @ElizabethS. mentioned about your current house repair needs.

Though online sounds more convenient for you, I think being away from the distraction of children will help you out the most.

I'm kinda leaning this way, but I don't know enough yet to be totally sure of what I'm going to do.

However, my concern is this -- I feel like terminating or rejecting a lease for no other reason than "I'm the new owner and I say so" is morally wrong -- like I'm upending someone's life for the sake of my own convenience.

I am still leaning towards the grey because it matches so well with the color.
