My offer was accepted!!
Well I just found out a few minutes ago that my offer was accepted on a HUD property. This is the second offer I've put in and I'm pretty excited.
I've schedule an inspection for tomorrow and will need to start getting my financing in order. And by that I mean call the 3 people back I've already talked to and been preapproved by to get that process moving.
This will be a flip and the numbers look good.
Purchased - $68,000
ARV - $135,000(that a conservative number)
Rehab - $27,500
Being this is my first rehab what am I going to forget? I've read J Scott's book on flipping and will use a lot of his processes he talks about in the book.
