I'd like to know what is it about human psychology that allows many consumers to be excited about buying a new car on payments knowing the fact that 30 minutes after they drive off the lot that car is continuing to plunge in value, their payment remain the same and buy new cars throughout their lives.

Unless we can show consumers we are fixed up and they won't be looking at nother beat up REO property, I don't think they'd even get off their duff to look.I do agree if you don't do a good job with the quailty of rehab and the staging, it's a waste of time.
