I am do campaigns of once a month for several months in a row....you never know when someone's circumstances change

We got our first response to a mailer marketing campaign.

I couldn't have dealt with starting a marketing campaign while feeling my way through the renovation process.  

This discussIon was helpful as I too started my own off market campaign and was wondering the same.

The city started a big campaign to revitalize the downtown area a while back. 

Planning to start my direct mail marketing campaign soon and hopefully get a multifamily unit under contract in the next 6 months.

The tax records aren't always up-to-date on the owner mailing address either, since that's not the first place the owner thinks to inform if they move.A mail campaign is a good place to find sellers.

My last few direct mail campaigns have been terrible however I did land a massive development deal so that kinda skewed the results. 

I'm having some success with my DM campaign and I came across a tired landlord who has multiple properties he is looking to sell off that are all right next to each other, he essentially owns the neighborhood corner- 3 SF, 1 MF Triplex.

I want to make sure, however, before I invest in a direct mail campaign, that it make sense for the area.
