Responding to a mailer response
We got our first response to a mailer marketing campaign. The seller emailed back asking us to name our price. I am trying to decide on how to respond. Any advice?
I Know the basics of this property so I know generally what it’s worth, but I have not seen the inside yet. I assume it’s in the same shape as some recent pictures used to rent it, but can’t be certain. I don’t want to give a number so I am leaning towards responding asking them to talk with me. I don’t want to scare them off by not giving a price, but I feel it might be too early to do so. Any recommendations on how to proceed?
