Hey @Kyle Olsen! I'm a local investor in Kenosha & Racine and have done many BRRR projects in in both counties. We are actually in the middle of 3 of them (2 in Kenosha & 1 in Racine). We are currently in the refinance stage on all 3. 2 have renters already and the other is currently on the market for rent. I've been investing in real estate full time for the past 5 years and also hold my WI real estate license. Brock Mogensen is another great resource as well.
