I think living on a main road could certainly be a potential deterrent for any potential buyer or renter.

I invest heavily in this area as an agent.

I’ve heard from a few other agents that have transferred to some of the virtual brokerages that it’s not as great as it all may seem.

I understand the state of interest rates is giving pause to MANY would be buyers, but someone will ALWAYS need a home right?

However for a solo agent I suspect she is right up there in our market as a top producing agent..
