@Chris Cerny Commercial lending is a whole different animal than conventional financing.

ESA's are NOT the same as a service animal but can have some or all of the "rights" as a service animals. 

We're working with an animal rescue organization to catch / neuter & rehome (if tame) / release (if feral).  

We still used our standard "magnolia spray" for the living room and entrance, but painted the end wall of the living room in "terra cotta" as an accent wall {reds ... four bloody coats}.  

I am under the impression it is fine/safe to paint one or two coats over, but, then again, with a young child, I hope that it would fly.

We decided NEVER AGAIN to get involved with such an animal.

During this period, she has made a lot of demands which I have cooperated along in solving; things range from calling the city to replace the garbage bins to an extra-large size, which will be costing us an extra $200/year, thought this can be solved if they bothered to sort out their trash, to calling us to remove a dead animal in the backyard.
