The main meeting is never on a Saturday, and none of the subgroups meet on Saturday (at least not that I am aware of).Yes the "regional rail" does run from Manayunk and does have a stop close to Temple U - but that isn't the BSL ;) Regional rail routes used to be the letter "R" followed by a number, but Septa no longer identifies them that way.

The only way I could see wanting to buy a property with a pool is if you were doing a short term buy-and-hold in a neighborhood or regions were pools are expected/desired (Texas, Arizona, etc.)
