States leveling fines and cease and desist orders can call it brokering without a license.

I currently have a full time job, some unpaid medical bills, and now this against me.

This is a 3,000sqft medical facility that would be classified as Class A office space, I believe.

Just recently my property manager sent me three potential tenants(exact email copy):Email written by property manager#1 - Income is good but credit score is below 500, there are 5 collections on her credit that are not medical related and I cannot get a verified rental history from her.

My background is medical device marketing, and before that was in the Army by way of West Point.We currently own 2 buy and hold properties in the Frisco, TX area, but are actively looking for several more propeties to fix and rent or fix and flip.

And I miss it, I retired as of January 1st officially so my wife of 55 years and I can spend the day getting through our medical problems together, Golden Years, BS, that term was invented by the medical community to describe the years our gold is transferred to them. 

I'm a Regional Partner for a medical device company currently in charge of the expansion into the Phoenix market by day.  

Decision forchapter 7 was mostly based on medical debt.

My credit is not horrible but for the big banks I have been having a hard time getting approved because I had a few medical bills go to collections.
