I had a chance to read over your website some yesterday and it appears that you're doing big things on the west side!

There is a great community of people (both on here and in person) that work here in West Michigan.  

Fantastic to see more West Michigan investors joining the scene.

In west coast, majority of rentals come with negative cash flow even you put a heavy down.

I have referral for local lenders for cash out refi as well when you need it.Based on my understanding the south west side of the city is seeing more growth but the deals might be far an few on this side due to high investor demand.

There aren't many multifamilies here in Denver that cash flow due to the high purchase relative to rents, and most of them need work and have trouble qualifying for a FHA Loan.The two best strategies for house hacking with todays market conditions in Denver:1) Rent By Room - buy a large house (5+ bedrooms/3+ Bathrooms) in the Denver metro area (Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster, Lakewood and west Denver work great) and live in the master room and rent out all the other bedrooms.

I would like to find properties close to my commute, which is just west of Anderson to the NE side of Indianapolis.
