Hello! My name is David Jackson and I am in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. I have been lurking on the forums for a little over a year. I have wanted to get into real estate for a while. My first exposure was my grandparents- they had several rentals when I was growing up. Earlier this year I decided to get my real estate license, and I recently began doing that full-time. I just purchased my first home, and am thinking about turning it into a rental when we move out in the next year or two. I am looking to connect with those in the Grand Rapids area-expand my network and learn as much as I can.
