The Ultimate Beginner's Guide is now a course that you can now watch.

I think it will be higher in the future, and also your money will for sure be less valuable.

If you have a title company that is investor-focused (or supportive), and owned by an attorney (or at least has good relationships with a law office) then you should have a helpful guide to generate the debt instruments needed.

I haven't been this particular seminar before, but I know many who have any they all say it's a great step-by-step guide to Canadian investing.
