New Investor from Central Florida

Hi all,

My name is Eddie. I'm fairly new to the investing side of real estate and starting out as a part-time investor. 

I've been in the construction industry for 30 years, Have held/do hold General Contractor and Electrical Contractors licenses in Massachusetts and Florida. I am currently an owner's rep for a fortune 500 company. Needed a brake and enjoying being on the other side of the fence!!

I also have several years experience  as a licensed real estate appraiser and a short stint as an agent.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can from this site and making some new friends in the process.
