Find a lien on a property on line

I am in the process of making an offer on a property that is in foreclosure. Before making my offer I am searching to find if there is a lien on the property. I followed some advise I found online (actually giving by one of the founders of biggerPockets.com) which said to look online. I followed the link and the good news is that the property I want to buy has quite a bit if information online. I found the online information for Nothampton County PA at http://www.ncpub.org/_web/datalets.  I reviewed the information for the property and saw no information about liens.

I was expecting to find a section or area called 'liens' but saw nothing. Does the lack of any lien information mean there are no liens? Where do I look in online postings to find any liens?

The original advise I saw made it seem that the lien information would be obvious once I found that online information about the property, but this is not the case.
