Hi Everyone,

I am currently a buy and hold investor. I purchased my first rental duplex this year in the sub-burbs of Philadelphia. I am currently looking to grow my portfolio and diversify into fix and flips. I look forward to talking to members and getting your advice.

 Where did you buy your duplex? How is that going?
