Last winter my wife and I spent countless hours hanging drywall, and eating fast food for dinner for almost 4 whole months.

You may be rich in family and life and depending on prayer but none of those are going to put food on the table or make you any money.

The same way a $1 has less food purchasing power now is exactly why paying back over time is a great idea.  

We are one of the most expensive markets in the US but for good reason (weather, lifestyle, food, economy, etc.). 

The only two cost you can control in the food biz is food cost and labor cost.

This wasnt taking into consideration , car insurance , electric bill , food , and gasoline . 

Anyone using BP ever noticed the SPCA solicitations on T.V. requesting contributions to help provide Food and Shelter for Animals?  

Don't add food disposal units.  

All food prep will be done in their rooms---no hot plates would be allowed.
