In fact, the state securities prosecutor that taught my masters level syndication course in school used it as his bible to teach from.It can be pricey on Amazon....check your local college if they have a real estate program because you can probably pick it up in their bookstore for less than half the cost of the Amazon pricing.

He specifically stated somewhere that identifying and scrutinizing emerging markets is something he feels good teaching others about so I look forward to seeing what he has to say. 

Either we need a lot more details, size, layouts, what style cabinet, counters, appliances (at that point you could probably find out costs yourself), or have contractors need to price it for you.

Doesn't have to be exactly the same, but should be roughly the same style in terms of finishes and paint colors.
