It seems the combination of Millennials seeing some of their parents experience the real estate crash as well as over $1 trillion still outstanding in student debt is having them delay the decision to buy.

As a full-time student, I study real estate investment strategies, read blogs/forums, and keep track of the market when I'm not doing work pertaining to my degree.

So far mine are short and sweet but maybe a little too non-descriptive.Vision of my business: We help families and college students live happier, more fulfilled lives by providing the highest quality, comfortable housing that feels like home.

However I do not know much about the process of investing in real estate, especially as a student with no money or assets of any value to put up as collateral.

Should I keep paying on my student loan or would you rather me save that money for a flip?
