Hey new to the site and new to the whole investing in real estate. I have read couple of things on the site,what caught my eye was buy and hold process I think it would be best for me. I my trying to give myself bout 4 to 5 months b4 I jump into it, just so I could get the knowledge i need and also to save some money to have. I would love some advice other reads that's I have not read yet on buy and hold and also any first hand advice... Thanks
