My sister got into a car accident unfortunately and is receiving a lump sum of cash.

Hello BP community Jake here, just spent 2 years traveling building a hospital in New Mexico, realized 30 years of traveling and being away from my wife and kids is not something I want to do.

My family consist of my wife, our 2 month old daughter, mom and 2 sisters. 

Proximity to airport for travelers.

This year, my sister moved back to Greenville to help take care of my mother.

In a suburb just outside of Austin, this means most families are travelling around 30 minutes for entertainment.I'm considering selling the tract of land that I own to use those proceeds to pick up a larger parcel not too far away. 

I am always looking for the "road less traveled" which in my view tends to be more difficult but provides more opportunity since there tends to be less competitors. 

I know she's traveling right now, so she might not be able to respond right away. 

I always believed that this would require eyes on the ground - ie id have to travel a bunch.

We plan on traveling for a while and i like the idea of guaranteed income without having to deal a lot of maintenance.
