Sheetrock and paint should take about two weeks, and then two more weeks for finish work (floors, cabinets, lights, plumbing, etc).We hope to be complete by the first week in November...I'll post some pics in the next couple days...

Getting great tenants was always tough as they would love the pics drive there and would say " We love this area of town and we loved your buildings but driving down the street to get to your buildings we do not like those buildings or the tenant types that are living there.Still landed some decent tenants but took a bunch more time and work.

I am left with a question.For a flip, the pics I have seen can be very nice looking, even charming.
