Easy way to sort listings in a metro area by cap rate, IRR etc?

I'm looking to buy property in Phoenix metro. When I see a listing, I have to type all that info into Property Evaluator app to get cap rate, cash on cash % and all the other numbers. It takes forever. Is there a site/app that can evaluate all the listings and bring in projected rents (rent range etc), current rates from local banks, insurance quotes etc to get cash flow and all the other numbers? There has got to be a better way than evaluating these properties one by one.
