In my experience, I actually did not find the information from those platforms super accurate for what my strategy was.

I don't need another distraction or platform to keep up with.

The platform currently requires at least 5 beds for you to host, which is great because you meet that criteria.Additionally, if you do not want to use Pad Split consider marketing to other military personal in your area.

Project income using sites like Airdna and looking at what other people are charging on Airbnb/Vrbo.Then subtract all your expenses: platform fees, supplies, utilities, maintenance, landscaping, etc.Do some searching in the forums.

I feel very confident using the two platforms, but I need more systems, and to learn Owner Rez.I believe in specific House Rules and a Lease agreement as a way of weeding out problem guests, but I don't want it so complicated that it scares away good guests.
