Good day, first time here or using this platform need to see if anyone can point me in the right direction. Looking to do commercial HELOC for a 2 family I have south of New jersey. If any one can help please drop your opinions or lead the right way this is my first rental unit looking to be somewhat of any investor for being financially free.
