Savvy Investors, can you share some aps or go-to inspiration resources you use to give your renovation projects a POP! I'm an REI agent in the Atlanta market, so I normally just look on the MLS at other projects....and copy 🤣 I see the homes that have a little unique elements move faster, like an accent wall, custom shelves or cute curb appeal. I have zero natural creative abilities, hence my struggle. (I'm good at other things 😊) TIA!!

I like the YouTube channel HomeRenovision DIY. Dude from Canada who makes everything sound easy, and makes a guy like me who doesn’t know how to put in a lightbulb 😅 want to try to figure it out 

He’s less focused on esthetics but great on talking 

For design inspiration I’ll watch AustinFipsters or I’ll use the Houzz app or dare I admit Pinterest
