on your post its not enough information for me to give you advice on, i suggest more detail or a picture so the people on the BP forums can give you accurate advice on the matter you have a large range of people from contractors with many years to investor who have seen about every problem you can think of that can help with enough info .

I struggled last night to find the RIGHT spreadsheet for seeing the big picture.

All I need is pictures and numbers. 

Perhaps when jobs are completed, I can have them take pictures and send them via email or message, and via phone we can discuss any issues.

Most investors, the ones worth dealing with anyways, think "big picture" and "relationally."

My point is that price point on any given service may not be all that important a factor when one looks at the big picture.

Oh - and be sure to get a picture uploaded (people interact well with those with pictures!)

It's a great site but if you're not careful you can quickly lose hours of your day looking at funny pictures and pictures of cats - haha!
