Good Afternoon,

I am looking to switch careers and transition into real estate investing without  good credit or capital. where to begin?!?! I am trying to start off by building my network and educating myself and I look forward to working with you all when I am ready!!

Welcome to the site. I would not suggest switching careers into investing with no credit or capital.

3 things are important in this business.

  • Credit.
  • Capital.
  • Experience.

You don't want to start off without all 3. Ideally you should have at least 2 of the 3.

Perhaps stay at the job a little longer. Learn as much as you can while building up the credit score and savings accounts.

Give yourself a better chance for success.
