There are multiple threads here on the forums about people having bad experiences with Morris Invest and the management company that they use or were using .. oceanpointe I believe it’s called .I didn’t know Morris is selling homes in Detroit now ..  

A lot of people have too much pride to accept what the market is telling them... my advice is to be supportive, and answer their questions when asked, but don't get yourself involved or push them to do anything. 

If I have multiple people vying for this property, is it legal to increase the asking price for the rent the same way you would do with a sale?  

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

So then I have multiple projects going so for each housing subdivision I build and these are 25 to 35  home developments of 400 to 600k homes..

The tenant had multiple businesses and is financially secure with reserves. 

I think I am going to focus on Memphis (although I am open to learning from out of state investors that have portfolio from multiple states).

I am looking to acquire multiple property management companies in my home state of Texas.

May help to get involved in those meetings, if you are in the multifamily space.  

We want to sell the property, and use the funds to buy another property with multiple other investors.
