Software Engineer from Seattle

Hey everyone,

I am a software engineer out in Seattle. I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast last year and made my very first investment via a turnkey company on a property down in Memphis, TN last year. I thought this was safe entry into the real estate investing. I learned a lot from this first investment and the little nuances about all the numbers (The devil is really in the detail).

Now I am ready to continue my journey. I think I am going to focus on Memphis (although I am open to learning from out of state investors that have portfolio from multiple states). I think this time around I am going to focus on learning more about the neighborhoods, get into BRRR and/or multi family units.
