I would never trust a source on the internet unless it is fully verified and up to date. 

I recommend you be very careful about partnering with strangers found on the internet.

And again, toss out the guidance from fake internet gurus who are trying to sell you a course that reveals "the secret" to become a millionaire. 

They do not help people figure out the locks, meet the plumber at the house, or troubleshoot internet issues.

I know it stinks that they did this after the fact, but did they provide documentation from a treating physician as to why they need a service animal, or is this something they got off the internet? 

If I can manage my rentals on the other side of the world, in a backward timezone, with crappy internet, you can definitely do it with your W2 job.It's only getting easier with technology and if you build in systems that give you real freedom.
