Veteran in escrow with tenant
Hello, I posted a while back about getting a house using a VA loan. I am in Oregon and my tenant who I will be getting when I purchase the house, is paying 900 and the rent has not been moved up in quite a while. Its a 2 bed 1 bath house, and I was wondering what's the best way to go about raising the rent? I would also like to know if anyone has a good renters agreement template?
Thank you all again in advance, I appreciate all the knowledge.
