Is easier yo get aproval of mortgage if i put 50% down
Anyone try to get mortgage with 50% downpayment is it much easier to get aproved this way?

@Tina Lee I mean, I guess so. Would putting 100% down be easier to qualify as well? Sure. The one thing we can't tell is what you are trying to do...
Are you trying to buy your primary home?
Are you trying to buy an RV park?
Is your credit poor?
Is your credit great?
Without these questions (and others) it's really hard for us to tell you what to do exactly. So maybe the right advice to give you here is - let's get a second opinion from a different lender. It's free to do and that should help some.
