Hello BP this is my second post the first one was crazy I do and don’t recommend reading it but I do want this one a little more structured.This post was created to invite novice and experienced wholesalers to kinda learn from, meet up and drive for dollars and see firsthand how to close deals.

My wife found it while driving around town.

At the same time, I saw little meat on the bone and it would be tough to drive NOI higher.  

Along with those I put banking apps, google drive, some work apps (to keep me posted on open OT) and LetGo (to sell unused items throughout the house).

You must choose to come here or drive by and therefore choose to stay.

Or is there another easy way to check before I drive two hours to meet with the seller??
