How to make sure it’s a mix use commercial property in upstate NY

Dear BP friends,

I came across an opportunity to purchase a mixed use commercial space with two apartments attached. And I am uncertain how to make sure this is actually true. Meaning, how can I check online for free to see if the building is actually a mixed use commercial space with two apartments?

Or is there another easy way to check before I drive two hours to meet with the seller??

Your feedback is appreciated

Ahmed
