Although it can be time consuming, I agree with @Jim S. that personally meeting with the applicants is an important part of the screening process. 

If I do come across leads from my DM campaigns that would be better suited for a RE agent services, I could pursue these deals and list them instead of buy/wholesale/etc.   

When I work with PMC’s I’m helping them structure their business to make sure their foundation is solid and also that their policies and procedures align with their culture and also that they are providing the best service possible and assist in getting them there. 

Also, I have friends who live in PA and would be a good resource for professional CPA services there if you go that route.

At least, you will save on not having to hire a plowing service :) We have properties with parking and without.

As far as doing taxes, I've always done them myself and plan to do so for thr time being but pay a CPA for consulting services when I need specific advice.Until I find one, this seems like a basic enough question that I am comfortable asking for advice here.
