Showing units without being present

Im really trying to figure out a way to show units without being there. I think I have found a lock that I can control from afar. Im instituting professionally made video walkthroughs and requiring tenants to drive by the property. Any ideas that don't require my physical presence?

There are systems like Showmojo and Tenant Turner that help facilitate showings without being present.
