New roof, new plumbing, new AC, new flooring, new electrical, paint, lighting, replaced some windows, got rid of junk, etc...

-Plumbing generally, but specifically the mainline that ties into the public sewer.

Literally put the new sewer line in yesterday and passed our sewer and final plumbing today!

How's the plumbing (inspection says dated), windows (look pretty beat in the photos), insulation, sewer line, rafters/roof, floor joists (looks like they're shot from termites in the photos), appliances (dated), water heater (looks like it's about go), etc?

Sit down and make a list of types of contacts.Example:Name        Company        Skill set       Phone number    Email   Checklist:You should add sections like, plumbing, roof, foundation, windows, electric, zoning, permitted, parking, water/sewer, hvac, etc. 

When we walk the property for DD, we bring on contractors for all the major components (Roofing, siding, parking, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Elevator, landscaping, pest control, overall GC).

In my area (Seattle) a full rehab not including exterior work and electrical/ plumbing/ drywall costs $30/sq ft.

We're contracting out big projects, such as roofing/electrical/plumbing, and look to have those jobs completed within the next few months... thanks in advance for your advice! 

I had to tip it over a few months ago to reach some plumbing.

I always have myfirst set of buildings pay off all of the land, fencing, initialground/electrical/plumbing work.
