Home Insurance question!

Hello all - we're looking for insurance on our first investment property. We've done a little bit of research, and want to best understand options. We heard about construction insurance, and are wondering if that is our best approach. We're contracting out big projects, such as roofing/electrical/plumbing, and look to have those jobs completed within the next few months... thanks in advance for your advice!
