need advice on apartment due diligence
Transitioning from SFR to Multifamily (5+ units) and need advice on due diligence
Do you recommend engineering inspection for a 22-unit apartment purchase? An inspector is checking on key on essential items and a property management company is checking room by room. A sewer scope is being completed. What is do you recommend? Thank you in advance.
