If the wind blows heavily, I used to live in Houston and now in Colorado-both high wind areas, it can easily peel at least several courses off.Low wage workers, and let's face it roofers are relatively low wage, are NOT CAREFUL in their work habits.

What has been your experience with Mastermind groups that you have been apart of?

I'm looking to get into the residential REI market here in Houston, TX.I purchased my first property 1.5 years ago (my residence) in Pearland and have witnessed the market take off.

I was attracted to Houston because I thought it provided a good combination of cash flow and appreciation.

Im wanting to know if someone has ever built a new construction apartment complex and cashed out their initial investment at the end if the loan to value worked out.

Im a newby, but it seems quite difficult to find the 1% property in the city of Houston without having todo major repairs (I dont have those connections yet).

Seems silly people want to rent a place for more money than a mortgage but they all have their reasons.I’d recommend looking for a house with an apartment in the back to meet the 1% rule.

I want my first property to hopefully be a quadplex house hack somewhere in Fort Worth, and then build my way up to large apartment buildings.
