What's Your Opinion On Mastermind Groups?

What has been your experience with Mastermind groups that you have been apart of? I'm starting a new Group that is made up of people from all different markets and different states that will meet in person for 3 days. I know how my other experiences have been, but I'm looking for feedback from BP so I can make this new group even better.
