The mother's behavior concerning the men she attracts will tell you alot about her character (and the possible men who may end up residing in your property). 

It has an advantage to a real estate investor in that there are a lot of nearby attractions that draw visitors, Sporting Park, NASCAR track and the Legends shopping district.

True there is huge demand but if you are dictated by the government on what parts you can use for surgeries and they cut your pricing to the bone for volume it's not longer that attractive of a profession or many.
